New Customers: The first 3 orders are COD. When your account is opened and credit approved, payments as per KOYO's term.
Term: 2% 10 Days -Net 30 Days
Payment: No order will be shipped if account is past due. We would appreciate your invoices paid in a timely manner. All accounts over their term will be charged 2% interest per month.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. a 3% service charge will be added to all credit card payments, unless payments is made within 10 days. No 2% 10 Days discount will be issued on any credit card transaction.
NSF: NSF checks are subjected to a $20.00 service charge.
Discounts: All discounts (2% -10days, rebate, etc.) have to be calculated on the total before taxes and freight. Discounts are not applied on the GST and QST and freight.
Pick-up Delay: Please allow 2 business days before picking up an order.
Minimum Order for Delivery: Montreal: $300.00, Outside Montreal: $600.00. $20.00 will be charged if the minimum is not respected.
Transport: For those clients outside Montreal, to whom we ship by transport, we will deduct 2% from the total invoice as a freight allowance to help cover the transportation.
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased at KOYO, you can return them when the following conditions are met:
- Advise the office of your return ASAP (maximum 3 days after receiving the product)
- Provide us with the invoice number on which the product was purchased, product code, quantity, and the reason for the return.
- The product should be in salable condition, that is, the condition it was delivered in.
- Returns without prior approval and/or valid reason will be subjected to a 15% restocking charge.
